General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The basis of every contact and every business transaction is exclusively the law of the United Arab Emirates in its current form.

Every business transaction follows the current statements in words, text and images of the information contained on the website from creamladies.com.

Different, supplementary or deviating conditions of the customer require the express confirmation of creamladies.com.

A contract conclusion only becomes legally effective when it is confirmed by the Cream Ladies agency by telephone or in writing.
The service from creamladies.com includes the placement of escort ladies for private or business occasions.

The customer undertakes to change or cancel bookings in a timely manner, i.e. at least two hours before the escort lady's appointments near her home, provided that the scope of the booking does not cover more than three hours. For bookings with a longer period of time, the customer undertakes to indicate a change or cancellation at least 12 hours before the agreed date.

If the customer does not show up on the agreed date, the full amount of damages will be charged. In the case of regular cancellations, the customer's advance payments will be refunded or credited for a later booking date.

If the booked escort lady cancels the agreed appointment, the customer will be informed immediately.

Fees or travel expenses already paid to the Cream Ladies agency will be refunded. Further claims by the customer are excluded.

All fees from creamladies.com include the applicable statutory VAT. The Cream Ladies agency is entitled to change the fees at any time. The current fees only apply to the completed booking.

Costs that arise during the provision of the service, e.g. B. Travel and travel expenses, entrance fees, food and drinks, etc. are to be borne by the customer.

The Cream Ladies agency's liability is limited to damages caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of creamladies.com and which arose during the processing or execution of the booking. Liability for guarantees or assurances will only be accepted if these have previously been contractually agreed in writing. The Cream Ladies agency does not assume any liability for which third parties are responsible.

The place of performance and jurisdiction of creamladies.com for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office of creamladies.com.

The Cream Ladies agency reserves the right to file a lawsuit in the customer's place of jurisdiction if necessary.

These general terms and conditions are the basis for every contract concluded by creamladies.com and the resulting claims of any kind.

Changes or additions must be made in writing to be effective. There are no verbal additional agreements.

The Cream Ladies agency (Internet platform) sees itself as a placement service for independent clients to different customers. Our escort models commission the agency “Cream Ladies” to present and, if necessary, arrange (telephone service) to customers and decide for themselves whether the escort order is accepted. All clients work independently and use this website as an advertising platform. We point out to our guests that they conclude their contractual relationships directly with the escort ladies and that we are not liable for third-party claims, regardless of the legal basis for them. (Claims from the tax office, claims for damages or claims due to non-/poor performance). The women work as independent entrepreneurs and the prices are coordinated with each other.
